    From Cellular South:

UNLIMITED PLANS AND FEATURES (UNLESS NOTED AS SPECIFICALLY FOR USE WITH A LAPTOP OR OTHER COMPUTING DEVICE NOT SUPPLIED BY CELLULAR SOUTH) CANNOT BE USED FOR ANY APPLICATIONS THAT TETHER THE DEVICE (THROUGH USE OF, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CONNECTION KITS, OTHER PHONE/PDA-TO-COMPUTER ACCESSORIES, BLUETOOTH® OR ANY OTHER WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY) TO LAPTOPS, PCS OR OTHER EQUIPMENT FOR ANY PURPOSE.

Once they figure out what you are doing you will be billed for usage.

nope. as long as you have an unlimited data plan your ok. just don’t do it too much. if the cell company sees you using tones of bandwidth they might throttle(slow down your connection to a crawl) your connection.
