no, it has tons of new features, the biggest one being the software innovation, it’s incredible what is about to happen.

no, it has a full unix operating system, the most advanced mobile OS ever made. why do you need to pay for the internet? it gives you free access with the fastest wireless connect available. no, flash is rarely used for productive sites, it’s mainly for spam or games.
