Do you know if NASA has plans to send a spacecraft that will leave the Bow Shock area?

DO NOT mention the Voyager 1 or 2 probes because their mission was not meant to leave the solar system.

    I have to disagree. . . if fact, I believe NASA was able to gather data from those spacecraft when it passed through that region.

    The only other spacecraft is New Horizon.
