We received the item. We put our DMC-ZS3 battery in it, and plugged it in. It appears to be working fine.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3 eats through batteries like there’s no tomorrow. The LCD is always on while you’re tinkering around with either photos or video, so I decided to get a spare battery and this charger too boot. Works as it should in the car, but it also has fold out prongs for the wall socket, so it now I have spare wall charger as well. Good deal!

Very functional and convenient charger for my DMC Lumix Camera battery.
And iot works both AC (comes with Ac plug not shown) and of course the 12V DC for the car.
Great for those who can run out of batteries while doing a lot of shots / flashlight shots away from AC outlet.

One worked, one didn’t. The dead one was replaced immediately and works fine. I’d recommend the company but i’m not sure I’d recommend the product.
